Im a new cook and I made this for me and my boyfreind. He loved it but me being an experianced artichoke and spinach dip eater, I knew somthing wasnt right about it. I found it was to dry and not appatizing. Im going to try more recepies and not waste my money on this one again.

I found this recipe when I was looking for one that I love but lost the recipe for. After reading the reviews I decided to continue looking for the one I love. So if you want one that is really good and still low fat try http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/juan-carlos-cruz/spinach-artichoke-dip-recipe/index.html

I am so mad that I now have to throw this whole thing out. It is truly disgusting. The fact that it's sitting at 3 stars (average right now is some sort of miracle. Do not attempt, there are plenty of other spinach artichoke dips that must be better.

Made this for Holiday party and no one ate it. I hate throwing out food but I did have to dump the remaining dip (almost all of it because even I didn't want to eat it. I really never comment, but I was just filing this recipe and thought I would go into this site to comment and am VERY surprised to find all the negative comments. These were not here when I initially printed this recipe out ---- and even more surprising --- it received 5 stars on my print out!!!

although this was a healthy version, no one would eat the dip - lacked flavor and needed different cheese. trying to remake into an edible dip today =

I made this for a New Year's Eve party and had to use cottage cheese instead of ricotta (there was none available at the store. No one touched it, including me. Horrible. The flavors just don't play well together at all.

I've been passing on making my favorite artichoke dip because it is loaded with fat. This will be come my new favorite - the ricotta makes a great substitution for the normal mayo and or sour cream used in similar recipes.

I thought it was dry and didn't have much flavor.

I made this dip for my graduation party and it was a big hit with the crowd. So much that my in-laws asked me to bring it to their 4th of July BBQ. I used the full 15oz container of ricotta cheese because that's what size they come it. It came out great.
