    Great recipe! We used a whole chicken already cut up because we are lazy, turned out fine. I paired it with the grilled bok choy (with asian sweet saucefrom the same issue of the magazine. Good combo.

    Absolutely Amazing!! My whole family loved this recipe! And the BBQ sauce...oh my goodness! And what else is great is that most marinades tend to burn on the grill but this rub didn't. Will keep this one for sure!!

    This is an absolute gem of a recipe. I change the cooking directions and smoke it. The smoke adds a whole other dimension of flavor. And don't forget the cucumbers! They are a perfect addition to the dish.

    Absolutely delicious. Family is requesting this chicken dish regularly. Definately make 2-3 times the amount of sauce.
