Outstanding. I made smaller slider patties and used Pepperidge Farm Slider buns. I highly recommend cooking them in a skillet. I used a cast-iron skillet on the grill and it worked perfectly (even on a well oiled grill or using a vegetable grill grate made them stick and break up. I made another batch or "regular" (non-Asian Chicken Slider Burgers, so that each guest could eat one of each and taste the difference. Everyone loved the experience - the Asian burgers are much spicier and eating both types was fantastic!

These were easy to make and tasted absolutely delicious. I added pepperjack cheese to a couple of them and it heightened the spiciness. Very easy to make and "something different" in the burger department. Yum!

I enjoyed this recipe. it was good to do something other than the regular hamburger and being that it's around 300 calories and so tasty I would make it again. The family liked it alot as well. I sauted the mushrooms, and added a couple drops of lemon juice and sesame oil to the hoisin sauce, other than that fantastic. oh and I would love to serve it with a asian stype coleslaw or a marinated cucumber salad to add a little crunch factor.

Gosh, if I didn't know better, I'd say they stole my recipie!! I make these all the time, and serve with wasabe mayo. I pulverize the mushrooms and add them raw into the burger to keep it moist. The addition of raw red pepper helps too. Definately garlic, and more flavor on the grill, good stuff!

These were very good. Next time I will cook them outside on the grill. I agree, adding garlic would be good. For the naysayers, if I don't have the ingredients on my shelf I move on to the next recipe.

These were simply amazing. The flavors all blend so well with a unique blend unlike just plain seasoned chicken burgers.
My neighbors came over to share in this taste sensation and said these were the best burgers ever!
I did add some garlic, and a bit of diced red peppers, but those were a taste preference.
I wish people would use these wonderful critiquing tools to the advantage they are created to be used for, not as a "complaint Platform" nor as forum to let us all know you never shop!

auntiemare_11225871, blAine, MN, on March 08, 2011: I am not sure what you are talking about auntie (and it's Blaine, MN. I had everything in my pantry. Did you even make this before you gave it 1 star? (I live in Lino Lakes - right next to Blaine If you don't have these ingredients in your pantry perhaps you should be on the "Better Homes and Gardens" site?
