Seems very inviting although there are a couple of ingredients which I might change to my taste and which I do not often have in my larder.

too many ingredients that are not in the pantry. Would be helpful... if you dont have this you can use that. Not everyone shops acording to recipes.

Very tasty - a nice way to fancy up a burger and change dinner! I sauteed the mushrooms in a little olive oil and soy sauce though.

I made this burger as sliders for a superbowl party. I scored a touchdown with this recipe!

The ground chicken was an interesting approach for light fare for dinner. The flavors of the ingredients were an interesting combination. I followed the recipe however I marinated the red onions with Mung Bean Sprouts for extra crunchiness. Nice to try for something new, light and healthy.

This is a wonderful recipe, it was flavorful, filling and healthy. The Asian flavors really come through and baking the patties in the oven really worked better and held the patty together more than other methods of making poultry burgers. I did have to substitute turkey for the chicken because the store was out of ground chicken, but I do not think it made a difference. The marinated vegetables were also delicious and a perfect topping to the burger.

Wow, this recipe was amazing. Seriously good. My friends came over and they were absolutely blown away! The only change I made was using turkey instead of chicken, simply because my grocery store didn't have any fresh ground chicken. I'm not sure what the effect was, but the final product was still amazing. I think the shredded carrot, onion, and especially the ginger being inside the burger patties added so much to the yumminess of the final burger.

These were fantastic served as is. The chicken burgers were excellent, but I did broil them for a few minutes after baking to get some caramelization like burgers usually have (it seemed too much like round meatloaf otherwise. Next time I make this I would also make the onion mixture well in advance, leaving out the mushrooms so the onions have a chance to pickle. I'd add the mushrooms just before serving. Those are just simple edits. The ingredients and method are great and this is an awesome chicken burger recipe.

We just made this recipe for the first time. The flavor was amazing. We sauted the onion and mushroom topping and served over rice and that worked well. The thing I didn't like was that the ground chicken had no texture. This is the first time I've worked with ground chicken - it was fresh from the grocery. Would turkey work better? We'll try next time. Also will try with an Asian slaw on the side.
