I'd never tried jicama before, but it adds a sweet crunch that's really good. Will definitely make again.

Asian sauces, dressings are not as strong as this recipe. I was disappointed. There was too much soy sauce and something was missing.

Delish! Great, light, refreshing and very simple to make. We doubled the dressing because it was so great...and thinning/cutting the dressing w/ the poaching liquid is a fabulous idea. All in all, a great very heart-healthy yet filling meal. We served w/ quinoa for a perfect meal!

Just the right amount of spice and freshness of a salad.

This is really easy to make and you can do almost all of it beforehand if entertaining. It went over very well with my guests last night when I had them over for a night of tapas and wine. Although a little messy due to the dressing, it was amazing. The flavor crispness was very refreshing.

Even easier and still great if you buy a baked chicken instead of preparing your own. The difference is minimal to say the least.
