Wonderful!! Nice spring or summer meal. Easy to make. The dressing taste similar to the Asian dressing by Kraft.

Just blah..nothing special to me. Although the chicken was juicy..a chicken breast will be much better health wise.

Tastes great, but it is very high in fat. For a salad to be 13 points on WW is very unusual. One serving is nearly 1/2 your daily ballowance. That's not to say "skip it", but just beware it's not as light as it may appear.

Very nice, light salad. I had leftover chicken, but next time will marinate and grill the chicken as per the recipe. I added one cut-up orange. I didn't have any noodles on hand, and would have enjoyed the extra crunch.

This was really simple to make and delicious. I would have given it 5 stars if it had mandarin oranges in the list of ingredients. It just needed a little something more.

The dressing was too salty and not gingery enough for my taste. I would suggest using less mustard and soy, more ginger, and adding a little honey.

I thought that this salad was amazing!!! I followed the steps and added a few of my own. Instead of sesame oil I used peanut oil and it tasted pretty good. I also used chicken breast instead of chicken thighs because it is much leaner. overall this was a five star salad.

MADE IT ON MONDAY. SO EASY TO MAKE.. I MARINATED THE CHICKEN FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS. NEXT TIME I MIGHT DOUBLE THE RECIPE SO I HAVE EXTRA DRESSING ON HAND. ALSO I FORGOT TO ADD THE KOSHER SALT, WHICH THE CHICKEN NEEDED.. I MIGHT SEASON THE CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER BEFORE I PUT IN THE MARINADE. JUST A THOUGHT. ALSO AS A TIME SAVER I WOULD JUST DO SHREDDED CARROTS ; FINALLY, TO ADD SOME EXTRAS MANDARIAN ORANGES WOULD HAVE FINISHED IT OFF NICELY. HOPE THIS HELPS. IT WAS A VERY LIGHT, TASTY HEALTHY DISH YUM CANT WAIT TO TRY IT AGAIN WITH MY SUGGESTIONS.
