My husband and I enjoyed this dish. It was just enough for the both of us although he was a little hungry later on. A lot of chopping is involved so I'll make sure I have some unhurried time when I make it again.

This recipe is absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was using small shrimp because I don't personally enjoy the texture of large shrimp. I would make this over and over again. The flavors are amazing!

This recipe is a keeper! Great Asian flavors - love the toasted sesame oil - and shrimp, little bit of rice, and great crunch from peas/veggies.

Very tasty. Loved all the fresh vegetables. I thought it was very filling and I even went back for seconds which I usually don't do. I know that sounds contradictory, but I ate until I was overstuffed because the taste was so good.

This is a great make ahead meal. The dressing for the vegetables and shrimp is so flavorful, the toasted sesame oil is the star of this one! Each part is easy to make on its own, the vegetables, brown rice and shrimp, and can be stored in separate containers for a quick throw together meal. The flavors and textures are delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!

Requires a bit of prep, but cooking is quick and easy. Love the flavor of toasted sesame oil. Deemed a "keeper" by the family. Light and perfect summer meal, and I get to use chopsticks!
