I couldn't find Bulgar so I had to leave it out. Traded teriyaki sauce for the hoisen sauce.

This was DELICIOUS. Only other suggestion is using a little less vinegar and maybe soaking the cucumber and onion for about half as long-the taste was just a bit stronger than we prefer. (Rice wine vinegar very strong

My husband and I love these. I haven't changed one thing about them. They take a little extra time, but so worth it. Cucumber and onion and the yogurt sauce are a fantastic addition.

Was looking for a healthy alternative for my husband, who LOVES burgers. Found this under the "Healthy" category. I was so pleased with the results!! The fresh pickle and onion mixture was wonderful. I loved the flavor of the burger as well. What surprised me the most was how YUMMY the yogurt sauce was (now a favorite condiment for dipping veggies and as a salad dressing. It beats 1000 Island dressing, by far!!

By far the best turkey burger I have ever come across. I make it with fat free turkey and my mom, who dones't like the fat free turkey, loves to eat these burgers. I usually double or triple the recipe and freeze the weighted out burger to have later. I use parsley instead of cilantro and have used powdered ginger instead of fresh in a bind.

Tasty but needs salt. The burgers themselves fell apart pretty easily. The taste along with the yogurt sauce was good. I think I will probably use the yogurt sauce (with salt and pepper added as a condiment in other dishes as well. So, all in all, thumbs up on the tasty yogurt sauce and the burger was just good.

I loved this recipe, they tasted so good and it was so easy to make. Only changes I made were adding salt to the turkey mixture. Will definitely make again.

I was really hoping to like this recipe but it isn't the greatest. While the burgers came out juicy, overall the flavor profile was a miss. I don't really like spicy food or the taste of peppers so that may have been one problem as I found the yogurt sauce unappealing. However, my husband is the opposite and loves anything spicy so this wasn't a problem for him. In the end, he told me he wouldn't care if I never made these burgers again and neither would I.

This was pretty great. I added soy sauce and a lot more ginger and garlic, more scallions, more everything really based on the reviews. I'd highly recommend for a healthy and delicious meal.

This was so underseasoned....I should have noticed there is no salt or soy sauce called for in the meat mixture, but I missed it. Lots of work for a bland dish. Blah.
