This was so underseasoned....I should have noticed there is no salt or soy sauce called for in the meat mixture, but I missed it. Lots of work for a bland dish. Blah.

My best friend made these for me and they were the best turkey burgers that I have ever had! They were so moist and delicious. The yogurt sauce is worth the effort. I think it made the burgers. We also used quinoa instead of bulger wheat, just because we couldn't get our hands on the latter---Yum!

A lot of prep work and time management necessary for this tasty burger. Next time I will reduce by 1/2 the amount of cilantro - it tended to dominate .

great! I cooked these burgers tonight for my family, and everyone loved them. They are full of bold flavor and are a cool twist on your regular turkey burger. highly recommended! and easy to make

I loved the leeks! Just when I thought they were dried out and burned, I foundthey were deliciously carmelized!

good, similar to a salmon burger I make. Family liked but didn't love. I will make this again!

These burgers were so wonderful! I was still thinking about them the next day! Made the recipe as stated, and it turned out great! I put them on whole wheat sandwich rounds, which were perfect for these burgers! I cannot wait to make this again!

first of all, this completely caught me off guard!
the hoisin in the burgers really keeps the turkey moist and turkey is so healthy for you so its the best of both worlds.
i had all the ingredients in my pantry except yogurt so i just used light mayo and it worked perfect.
the cucumber mix is amazing! i love this!
