    Loved the pairing of asparagus and Canadian bacon. I did this as a crustless quiche instead of a frittata (did not cook on the stovetop and it turned out great.

    Absolutely delicious - I made this for guests over the 4th of July weekend, and there was not a crumb left. I doubled the recipe and used a cast-iron skillet - perfect!

    I thought this recipe was very easy to make. It took almost no time at all! I just started the Atkins diet & thought this was a great recipe for low carb. I enjoyed this very much. Not only was it easy, it was good to boot!
