You can create up to five timers

Directions

Whisk 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon each fresh lime juice and orange juice, 1 minced shallot and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Add 2 diced avocados, 1 1/2 cups cubed jicama or radishes, 1/2 cup each cubed mango and pineapple and 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro; gently toss. Season with salt.

    Train wreck. Combine avocado with pineapple and radishes? I should have known this would be awful from the ingredients. Then throw a little cilantro, cooking oil and salt. Suggestion...replace the radish with garlic, smash it all with a potato masher and call it a Hawaiian guacamole. Pricey and not good IMO.

    Yum-- simple and tasty. I love savory + sweet dishes like this. Used all pineapple (no mango in the house and replaced the jicama/radish (again, none in the house with water chestnuts. Husband and son wouldn't eat it which means it's mine, all mine, baby.
