Salad was good - I subbed a very strong feta for the goat cheese, as I live in Greektown & not putting feta on the salad is a crime. Poured the leftover dressing on some roasted vegis the next day & that turned out to be a very good idea.

This salad was fantastic. Do not leave out anything - the onions are fantastic, the pecans are great, and use goat cheese. Do not substitute anything else. It blends the best with these flavors.
The dressing is nice as well, however the thyme is a little bit overwhelming. I might lessen or eliminate it next time.

This salad is a winner - even people who don't like salad will eat this one. I also used the same citrus dressing as a maranade for the chicken I was grilling to have with the salad and it was fabulous. I think it would would also work with pork. It's light but at the same time has so much flavor - very refreshing!

Very easy -- I used sugared pecans to dress it up even more. The onions add a nice flavor, but can be left out if you don't have time to roast them.

Perfect fall/winter salad. I used Gorgonzola instead of goat chesse, and it was amazing. The dressing is just perfect. I'd recommend putting even more onions in the salad, they are soooo good!
