one of the best soups I've ever made. I substituted fat back for some thick bacon slices and also browned the croutons a bit more to stand up to the broth. My girlfriend always loves it when I make this for breakfast. Also had to learn that you do not add salt under any circumstance due to the pork.

Excellent! Very simple to make, but really complex in taste.

This is so good. The eggs took a little longer to cook in a slow simmer though.

A very different recipe but very tasty and easy to make. Next time I may try either swirling in beaten egg or even try scrambling the eggs and adding for a different twist. Next time I may also try adding chopped green onions and diced fresh tomatoes. Just use your imagination to enhance an already awesome recipe....

This was good, but for my second attempt at making it, I beat the eggs and drizzled in while stirring the soup for an "egg-drop" effect, and I liked that better.
