I made a few changes to the recipe and it turned out great! I omitted the veal and used only hamburger and sausage. Also, I don't care for the strong flavor of balsamic vinegar, so I used ketchup and BBQ sauce instead. All three kids and my husband loved it!

I know this sounds silly, but this was a really fun meal. It's totally not what you expect in a meatloaf-juicy and flavorful in a whole new way. After reading the not-so-good reviews about the glaze, I opted to use AB's version from his meatloaf recipe, and the overall result was fabulous. Mashed potatoes are an absolute must with this meal. The combination of potatoes and meatloaf is absolutely fabulous!

The loaf was good, but there was so much of it. So of course there were leftovers, and I loved it as a meatloaf sandwich!

This was easy to make and was delicious...nice and moist. I did not do the glaze though and my husband thought it was excellent especially with the bacon and the cheese.

I substituted the heavy cream for half and half, used low-fat cheese, and used leaner meat, and it was still a great meatloaf.

I only used ground beef and cut out the hot sauce and this recipe turned out awesome!

This has quickly become one of my family's favorite comfort food dinners. It replaced Dad's Chicken Parm, as my son's favorite meal.

I hated meatloaf as a kid, but I am sure I would have eaten this. It is great, especially with all the cheese.

My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy and even he liked it!
