This is my husband's new favorite recipe! He loves avocado and said this was the best guacamole that he had ever had. I did substitute real bacon for the turkey bacon because he would never eat tat but besides that this was a tasty meal that proved to be healthy too :

Thought it was very good and easy to do. I added chicken for some extra substance. My family enjoyed this dinner and would have appreciated more. I will make this again.

This recipe was great! I ended up adding extra left over chicken breast and increased the amount of cumin and coriander to make up for it, and it turned into a really filling and delicious meal! Loved the guacamole!!

I was blown away by how delicious these were! I already had turkey bacon and multi-grain tortillas so I didn't have to rush out to get any but I didn't have part-skim or low-fat or whatever jack cheese, but it worked out fine calorie wise. Adding the cumin and corriander just gave the whole dish an authentic Mexican flavor. And the guacamole is not my all time favorite but is still just delicious. When baking, make sure to watch them, I left them in for 10 minutes instead of the 8 and they got a bit crisper than I would have liked, but I didn't care because it was amazing. That little bit of cheese really did go a long way and I was very content with eating just one serving. So give this a shot, you won't regret it, I will never stop making these now!
