This turned out delicious. My father requested something different from my normal stuffing. I admit it was getting dull. Been using the same good recipe for 8 years.
I used some Chipotle cheddar cheese in addition to the specified amount.

I made this for the first time for Thanksgiving last night and everyone who likes spicy foods loved it. I was hoping to bring home some leftovers but there was none. I added a second jalapeno and added extra bacon to make it a total of 1/2 pound of bacon. This is a great recipe which will be at all of our holiday meals. Thanks food Network!

I love stuffing. So every thanksgiving I make 2 different types and try to make one more traditional and the other with more of a kick. I found this recipe and decided to try it. WOW! is it good! I loved it. Has just enough kick with the jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. Great flavor! I think I will be making this stuffing year round and not just for Thanksgiving!

I used this recipe last year at the first thanksgiving feast I prepared. Personally I've always hated stuffing and so has my boyfriend, and the rest of my family. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS RECIPE because WE LOVE IT! EVERYONE LOVED IT! we love the heat and flavor! You can also add a more bacon and jalapenos... and of course more PEPPER JACK CHEESE! i love cornbread, so i used more cornbread than regular bread crumbs. This recipe has room for tweeking to your taste. YOU'LL BE EATING THIS STUFFING YEAR ROUND IF YOU COULD!

Everyone loved the stuffing! I should have used more jalapeno though. I also subbed turkey bacon because one of my guests doesn't eat pork and it was delicious!

I decided to make this last Thanksgiving just to "spice things up a bit" and it was wonderful! My mother-in-law was worried about the kids and didn't think anyone would like it at all. Amazing...everyone loved it...granted the younger kids were scared off by the word jalapeno ; It made a huge batch and it isn't spicy like you would think. My sister has made it as well and had rave reviews. No need to wait til Thanksgiving....it's sooo good. Only thing we make sure is to have the cheese fine grated so it melds into the dish.

I made this for Thanksgiving and will make it for Christmas too. I added more bacon and more cheese. It made 9x13 and a 8x8 pans to rave reviews. I am going to have to find excuses to make it through the year now.

I thought this was excellent, I made it for a crowd and there was barely any left. Some of the older crowd thought it was a bit spicy but none of the younger crowd thought so, the heat can be adjusted of course so tune it to your tastes and enjoy. I will be making this from now on for sure.
