    Served with with a roasted pork loin for a family dinner and it was absolutely the PERFECT side dish. Family was a little "put off" by the fennel AT FIRST ... then they tasted it. Now they LOVE fennel. This will be added to our family favorites and is up for consideration at the Thanksgiving Day table this year.
