I thought this chicken was terrific! The only thing I didn't have was the rosemary, and I didn't even miss it. Very flavorful and juicy. I think the key to this is the lemon peel. It adds so much pure lemon flavor. I'll definitely be making this again!

This was a very good chicken recipe. The chicken turned out great, but I had to improvise. I had to double the recipe, so I just eyeballed the measurements. I also used cilantro since I didn't have any rosemary, and I used more chicken broth to make sure the chicken didn't dry out. Even though I used the recipe as a starting off point, it still turned out moist with a subtle lemon flavor.

I'm a first time in this whole cooking thing, and cooking baked lemon chicken was quite easy. My parent and godparent loves it. Especially my mom, she likes tangy food. Any teenagers who wants to impress an adult? Here's the stuff!

I am 38 yrs old and have always been too busy working or at school to really cook. This was so easy to make and the taste was wonderful. The whole family loved it!!! The chicked was so tender and the flavors of lemon, garlic and the onion blended so well. You have to try this one!!!

This dish isn't too bad, but it could use some more flavor. Also there didn't seem to be enough sauce for the basting, so the chicken came out a little dry.

I used 4 large chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken. Also increased the lemon juice to 1/3 cup and added the zest of an entire lemon. They honey adds a nice, but subtle flavor to the chicken and gives the skin a beautiful golden hue. I served this with a simple mushroom risotto and a mixed greens salad. Very tasty...I will definitely make again.

The whole family loves it... even my 4 year old. Great lemon flor but no too powerful. Refreshing!
