Tasty! A recipe you can do anything with - change the herb in the butter, change the veggies, anything you want. I served it over noodles and everyone liked it.

I love the simplicity of this dish, but have made small changes and it keeps getting better, according to the family. I initially used tilapia, then used flounder fillets, and those were a hit. Also layered green beans and carrots atop the mushrooms, and yummy! This is a great dish!

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I made it with the basil and added some lemon zest to the butter. The salt and pepper is key to giving it flavor though since there is not a lot of bold flavors in the recipe. The fish was cooked perfectly and the mushrooms gave it an earthy flavor that I loved. I was skeptical of the celery but found it to give the dish a much needed crunch and I really liked it. I used portabello mushrooms and served it with wild rice. I will make this one again and look forward to eating the left overs.

This was delicious and so easy to make. This is definitely a 30 minute meal from start to table. I followed the recipe exactly as written. The fish was perfectly cooked and moist and all the veggies were perfect too. Not bland at all if you season it well before baking. Served with a side of jasmine rice.

Yummy! I used shitaku, baby portabella, and oyster mushrooms. I also used parsley for the butter. Instead of taking it out of the foil we left it in it and ate it that way. We had all the flavors at every bite. The veggies were so soft and the mushroom flavor really came out. This is definitely a keeper of a recipe.

Just made this. I don't like celery so I left that out. This is the most delicious tilapia I've ever had and super easy to make. It was so moist and flavorful. Win!

Forgot to buy scallions my fault. The celery flavor really came through in the fish, but isn't something I enjoy eating as a side and the mushrooms weren't enough. Next time we make this we are going to use green beans too. Took a lot longer than 20 mins to cook. Really tasty tho.
