I really appreciated the fact that not only is this recipe delicious, it's so simple to make. The pinch of red pepper flakes really adds to the flavor. My family loved it! I will definitely make this again.

This recipie was extremely easy to follow, and it turned out great! I used my own homemade spaghetti sauce for this recipie. It was easy to make during the week, and we had leftovers!

My family loves this dish! The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because it's just a little dry. We found that, by adding about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the sauce and then using the entire recipe of sauce rather than just 3 1/2 cups, it comes out absolutely perfect! I've read several reviews that mentioned adding ricotta cheese. My family cannot tolerate that ingredient, so that's why we chose to try this recipe for baked ziti. It's wonderful, and with the addition of a little more sauce, it's incredible! Thanks, Food Network!

I read all the reviews, and went with the suggestions of adding more cheese. I think I went over board. I'll make again, but lighten up on the cheese. Overall very good.

I make this recipe a lot for my family and others. I prefer using hot Italian sausage instead of the sweet. I find it too bland with just sweet sausage. Also, I found that if you double the batch of sauce, it's exactly enough for 3 batches of Baked Ziti. I'll make a double batch of the sauce, measure out three 3.5 cups servings, freeze two for another time and use one for now.

This is like really good. Even a 10 year old could make it well. You can't really mess it up. Make it and, you will be happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
