I've made this recipe twice and both times it was a HUGE crowd-pleaser! The second time I had some leftover cooked chicken breast in the fridge, so I improvised a bit. I pulled the chicken, mixed up a smaller portion of the marinade and let the cooked chicken soak it up. It made a delicious pulled chicken sandwich!

This is one of our favorite Summer time sandwiches to make, or anytime. We typically make sure to marinade the chicken long enough so it gets that balsamic taste and grill the chicken out. It's great also if you get the super thin sandwich bread in the store, cut off the crusts, and use this to make little tea sandwiches - yum! Will make this often from now on.

Great and Quick Summer Meal - can grill in a pan! I thought this was a quick, inexpensive way to make a great dinner for my family. I only marinated the chicken for an hour and it still tasted great! Loved it!

I made this for my mother's birthday party and all of my family members loved it, even my two super picky brothers. Lots of flavor and it was just a yummy, easy dish. I marinated the chicken over night and made the spread the day before so all I had to do was finish the chicken and cut the bread. It was delicious!

I just did the balsamic marinade on the chicken and grilled it. Big hit.

This is a keeper!!! I made two changes, which added BIG flavor - grilled bread on grill before serving. And, roasted garlic until soft and creamy, spread on the opposite side of bread... Great!!! Will make this again and again and again....

I made these for a friend's baby shower & ended up getting hired by an attending guest at the shower to cater an upcoming Bridal shower for my effort. The savory goat cheese spread was a wonderful compliment to the sweetness of the balsamic vinegar. Yum!

I already had grilled chicken breasts so I cut them in half the long way to have two, flat, chicken breasts from one and covered them with a cranberry balsamic vinegrette. I also kept the dried tomatoes seperate because I like them that way. Yum!
