Delicious and so incredibly moist. I'm always looking for wonderful recipes to use my over ripe bananas in and this one just made it to the top of my list. Everyone who tasted it raved about it.

I needed a quick recipe using bananas for a bake sale and tried this for the first time. It was a hit. I had several requests for the recipes....moist and delicious were the comments used most often.

This banana bread was so delicious and moist. It tasted better the next day when it was super moist and the chips were a bit hardened. Very easy to make. I did not make the glaze as I thought it was not necessary. I would make the glaze if I was making it for dessert. I did add walnuts.
