Easy to make. Once you do it, even I could remember the recipe without the directions.
My 14 y/o loves to make this as well.....quite tasty. In an attempt to be "health conscious;" we used 1/2 the butter and 1/2 the sugar it called for and it was still plenty sweet.

I have made this many, many times and every time it is a hit with my family. It gets eaten as quick as I can make it. My mom loved it so much SHE asked ME for the recipe!

I used chocolate chips as well as cinnamon. Baked them in mini muffin tins and they were amazing! My family gobbled them up. It made 48 mini muffins. Perfect little treat!

I added chocolate chips to mine and it turned out even more deilicious! I did a little less sugar though to balance out the sweetness of the semisweet chocolate chips.

I love this banana bread recipe! Best one I have made yet. Instead of the full 1 cup of sugar, I used 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I also added a tsp of cinnamon. I didn't use walnuts in this batch but my next one I will try. It also would be good with pecans.
