This was easy, but it wasn't the best tasting banana walnut bread I've ever had. However, my husband & daughter finished it off in one evening!

I usually add a light glaze (made of powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to the top of a freshly baked loaf of banana or zucchini bread, but this didn't even need it. It had just the right amount of sweetness. And it was SUPER MOIST!!
    YUMMY!!!!!

This recipe makes the short list on my quest for delicious foods. Love it by the loaf, but even better in a muffin!

I loved the recipe! I'm trying to eat healthier, so i substiuted the flour with whole wheat and raw sugar and it was fantastic.... very simple and "fool proof" I baked it! Definately a recipe to try.

The bread was moist and flavorful, had a bit of a crunch crust which made it even better. followed the recipe exact, like room temp eggs and butter. If you now how to follow directions this will definitely please your taste buds, one loaf isnt enough, make two you wont regret it. give it to a neighbor or friend. Yummi!!
