I was looking for a banana bread recipe without oil. This one uses butter, which gives it a much better taste. Never lasts more than a day at my house.

I love this recipe - the bread is moist, flavorful and makes the house smell amazing. Better yet, you can taste the butter a little bit, and I would always prefer to bake w/ something that has some added flavor than regular vegetable oil.

These were pretty good! I made the bread as a muffin and added pecans instead of walnuts and it was pretty good!
