Use whole wheat flour instead of white and this is a real yummy Banana Bread. Also, easy to double the batch and make 2-loafs instead of just one.

So easy to make and everybody loved it. I've tried many banana nut bread recipes and this is clearly the best.

This bread is so good. A little sweet for my taste so next time I will use less sugar, but hey, that is just my personal taste. Everyone elso who ate it didnt leave a crumb. It was gone before I could blink. And how can you go wrong with banana bread, so easy.

The cake came out moist and perfect. I added a little less sugar (almost a 1/4 c less for my taste as I like banana bread not too sweet. The cake still came out perfectly sweet from the sugars of the overripe bananas.

This bread was the best banana bread we have made or eaten and we have tried many. Children, teacher and dad all loved it. Also easy enough for a 6 and 2 year old to do (with mothers help.

I am on a low carb diet so I substituted AP flour for wheat and
splenda for baking instead of sugar. You would not believe how
good it tasted, nobody could tell the difference. VERY YUMMY!!

I love this recipe. I have tried many different banana bread recipes, and they never seem to come out perfect. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out moist and delicious. It was gone by the next day!
