Yup... pretty much what everyone has already said--best banana nut bread I've ever had! It did take a little closer to 1hr 10 mins to bake as a few have mentioned. I absolutely love it and can't wait to use it during the holidays!

I think the recipe is GREAT however, the cooking time needs to be a little longer. I had to bake the bread almost 1 hour and 20 minutes. It looked liked it was done however, the middle was still uncooked

Absolutely delicious. I made it for father's day with no electric mixer and it still turned out heavenly. Make sure you sift your flour and toast the walnuts, but don't burn! I added an extra banana and made sure not to overcook - I think it made it extra moist and sweet. In the future I will take some of the sugar out because of the extra banana

This is super easy to make. I have never baked before and can barely boil water. It was a blast making it and it helps me know that I will not starve when I go away for college. The only problem is that it says to put it in plastic wrap but I think it makes it sweat and soggy

I make this banana bread often. Sweet, tasty, moist, and easy to make. Usually needs an extra 5 or 10 minutes in the over.

Very moist and light!!! I'm new to baking and the toothpick test came clean at 30 minutes, however middle was still raw and liquid. Silly me, thought it was done. Had to re-bake twice and then unfortunately outside started to get burned. But the middle was so moist and delicious!!! Also, you also have to know your bread loaf pan. Mine works better at 325 degrees. I have a bread machine, and will try to just bake in there next time as it makes a nice loaf.

Great recipe, but it fell apart when I tried to knock it out of the pan after only 5 minutes of cooling. I will try cooling it longer, or will grease and flour the pan next time.
