    This was the best banana bread I have ever made! I didn't have a loaf pan, so I used a cupcake pan instead. Best banana-nut muffins ever!! My only critique is they were a bit too sweet for me. Next time I will cut down on the sugar. Can't wait to make them again!

    My husband said it was the best thing I've ever baked and he NEVER compliments me on my cooking. He asked me to make it again, so I will. I added double walnuts. And this bread tastes best after sitting for over a day.

    My boyfriend and I usually don't like any type of nuts in desserts, but this was actually pretty good and easy to make! I tried to make some bread for his family but he refused to give them any because he wanted to eat it all! Definitely a recipe of good-ness ;

    This was delicious! It turned out moist and stays that way especially if placed in a plastic container or baggie and refrigerated. We served with vanilla bean icecream and coffee.Luckily we can freeze it so can have anytime. I did make some slight changes but that is ONLY for MY own taste, adding a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, and extra vanilla,I did not have unsalted butter on hand so used salted but, it tasted perfectly balanced, used a mixer and that worked fine. I put in two small loaf pans and added chocolate chips to one loaf mixed into the top portion only - a wonderful addition for one loaf - both turned out on the short side which made them more of a "dessert size" (a bonus! nexttime I will double the recipe if using two small loaf pans. Thank you for a great "keeper" recipe.

    Delicious! I liked that it was not as sweet as other banana breads I've had. It was just right. I did not use the walnuts but I will try them next time. I only had two bananas but after I mashed them up, it made exactly one cup so I gave the recipe a try anyway. So glad I did!!
