I made it today and it was amazing. I put rasins on top and a thin glaze of cream cheese frosting top. Have it warm with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream and it is so good.

considering that i'm not much of a baker, this was super easy and the result was fantastic!!! I used salted margarine instead of butter and it still tasted great!

This recipe is a winner. I baked bread for the first time today and it came out moist and delicious. Husband loved it, daughter loved it!

This banana bread is soooo good! I baked a loaf for my Mom and my husband was so upset he wasn't aloud to eat it! Bananas go right in the freezer when they get too ripe and they're ready to use whenever I want them for this bread! Banana bread is a big thing in Maui (where we went for our honeymoon so it's nice to bring the memory home-I think this recipe might even be better than it was there! Enjoy!

I actually found this recipe a while back on your website and use it all the time - including making it for a potluck yesterday! It always comes out moist and yummy - and I never have leftovers! :-
