Everyone liked the result and I thought it was pretty good. I'm not a real sour-creamy person so next time I will reduce that a bit. Other reviewers also mentioned kicking up a bit by using something with peppers such as Rotel. I think that would work very well and I will use that next time. This is simple and easy to do but I will prep everything first such as get cans open, stuff chopped, and use a separate bowl to mix noodles and sour cream so as not to splatter. I did not know what was meant by "toast the tomato paste" so I did not mix it in and cooked a bit, then mixed into the meat.

Probably a true 4.5 on the star status. I used half a can of diced tomatoes and half a can of Rotel and it was fantastic. A pinch of salt at service and my whole family enjoyed it.

My husband and I enjoyed this dish.Very easy and quick. I cut it in half since there are only two of us. I did add garlic and the next time I make it I am going to add a can of mushrooms.

Easy to follow, really hard to screw up! Oops! Didn't realize we were out of diced tomatoes so threw in a jar of salsa that was lying around. To paraphrase a FN chef, it kicked this dish up to notches unknown! The whole fam enjoyed this thoroughly!
