    This recipe was fabulous! I made the beef kabobs as there were just two of us.
    The marinade was what I would call more of a rub as it had just a small amount of
    oil. It was very easy to prepare, as were the salsa & chimichurri - and what a great
    accompaniment to the meat. Definitely try this; along with the Open-Faced Tomato
    Grilled Cheese baguettes, this meal was a definite winner!
