I've never been able to quite match my mother's beef stroganoff until now! And, as great as this was the first day, I think it was even better the second. Very quick and easy to make.

This dish was not salty which is the most important to me. The flavor was awesome and I found it easy to make. Even my kids like it. One of my kids like it also and the noodle. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and making it available.

it was nothing like my grandfather would make. the tomato paste and lemon juice seemed to send an ill taste in the sauce. i would recommend using a recipe without these two ingredients.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The flavors of the dijon mustard as well as the tomato paste were too dominant in my opinion. Not my favorite stroganoff.

I used to make this stuff when I was in college. I made it exactly how my mother and grandmother taught me. But then I forgot, and this is how I made it. I now make beef strognoff as I used to make it.

This recipe works great its easy to modify and it comes out perfect. If you like you dont have to use as much butter as the recipe calls for since it can come out a little greasy, other than that the stroganoff is fantastic.
