Followed this closely. Used a dab of ketchup instead of paste and it worked fine. Very good tasting. Fast and easy too.

This recipe was sooo delicious! It was tangy and sweet, very savory. I have made many different recipes for stroganoff for years and this is the best I have ever eaten. Including my Mother's homemade one.

This recipe is very good. The combination of the lemon juice, sour cream and tomato paste give it the expected stroganoff tang without being overwhelming. The flavor of the sauce is even milder the next day. Definitely a recipe the whole family can enjoy.

It was okay but not great. I think that I used a bit too much Dijon mustard because it had a slightly sour taste. I think if I make it again, I'll have to adjust it a bit.

This beef stroganoff recipe is reminiscient of the dish I grew up eating. Very easy and very tasty!

I MADE IT WITH GROUND TURKEY AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT! I LOVED THE GRAVY. I SERVED IT OVER BARLEY. ALTHOUGH I COULDN'T TASTE ANY TOMATO, DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THAT WAS IN THERE FOR BUT I'LL DEFINITELY KEEP THIS ONE ON OUR WEEKLY MENU

I should have recognized that tomato paste did not belong in this recipe. With the carmelized onion and tomato paste, this was just way too sweet. Usually I find the "Food Network Kitchens" recipes to be terrific. I'd consider trying this without the tommato, but as written, not a good recipe.

This has all of the flavor you expect out of this very traditional dish. The one thing that I did differently is I added the noodles to the sauce and simmered it down a bit to make it a little more creamy. This made excellent left overs!
