    I was looking for a little variation in our weekly menu. This recipe was wonderful. The dijon gave it just enough oomph. I definitely recommend this simple, delicious recipe for a weekday treat.

    The addition of tomato paste to this stroganoff brings it to a whole new level.

    I've never made beef stroganoff before, but this was fantastic. I used filet mignon instead of sirloin. There's a nice zing to the sauce, but it's overkill on the butter though. (6 Tablespoons!
