After reading the first review, I changed things up a bit. I was prepping for a party so I had almost 4 lbs of 95% lean ground beef. I first made a 1/2 serving of the cheese sauce and mixed it into the meat. I also added 1 Tbs Rosemary flavored olive oil and 1 Tbs Garlic flavored olive oil. For seasoning of the meat, I used salt, pepper and chopped fresh oregano and fresh rosemary. I topped the burger in the last minutes of cooking with a slice of sharp chedder. I stil made the cheese sauce for people to use on the burgers but more people used it on chips - the sauce on the burger made it incredibly messy to eat. Also topped the burger with carmelized onion. A guest at the party told me it was the best burger she's ever had in her life. The leftover sauce made a really good last minute mac & cheese.

This was very easy to make, but I think it needed more of something.....cheese? Beer? It was just OK. I might try to tackle it again.
