This salad is awesome and I never get tired of it, my friends love it too. It is good even if you don't have all the ingredients too.

This salad was a real hit at my Cinco de Mayo dinner. Everyone raved. I did omit the pepper and substitute parsley for cilantro to accomodate peoples tastes. Will definitely make again!

This is a great salad. We've made it a number and have been asked for the recipe from our friends. It is a very pretty and colorful salad that tastes great and is a great accompaniment to burgers, fish, chicken, you name it.

If your family enjoys Southwestern food, they will love this salad. We prefer it served cold. I add additional chili powder and an extra can of black beans. Also frozen corn works well if fresh is not available. I double the recipe for large crowds and prepare the salad a day ahead. Yummy!

This recipe has all the ingredients that I love. The avacado adds creaminess and the cilantro brings all the good tastes together. I liked that the onions were sauteed which mellowed the onion taste. Definately in my Recipe Box.

This is a family fav - and has become my husband's favorite football snack. Pair with a bowl of Frito Scoops corn chips - and you've got a hearty dip that lasts the whole game!

I made this dish for my family cookout. It was very easy preparation and had a beautiful presentation. My husband raved. I will reduce the salt the next time but will not change anything else. A definite winner!

This is a very flavorful recipe that hardly took any time to make. My only suggestion is to make sure you have a very large skillet - it makes a very large amount! It was great served cold the next day as well. I will definitly be making this many more times.
