Even my son-in-law -- who is "allergic" to anything new, had seconds.

Salad that is fresh, light, and full of different layers of flavor. The flavors range from earthy to zesty. Truly an awesome salad.

This recipe was easy, tasty, delicious & healthy! This was a perfect compliment to the Chili-Rubbed Salmon. I will cut back on the salt in the dressing the next time I make this, though. Two teaspoons plus a pinch was a little too much. (Also - note that the recipe has a misprint and lists the salt twice. By the way, every Tyler Florence recipe I have tried has been delicious.

This salad is warm, filling, and refreshingly different.

I used Cherry Tomatoes. There a little sweeter. Very fresh tasting. The only draw back is all the prep. I made it with fresh corn and frozen. The frozen got a little mushy.

All the flavors blended so nicely together. I liked serving it warm, but it was great cold also.
