Everyone Loved it! I used 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream, 8oz of crumbled blue cheese (in lieu of 6 oz) and used the full amount of garlic, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. It was a huge hit with everyone. Perfect for a veggie dip as is, or thin with milk for a salad dressing.
This recipe needs a fairly assertive blue cheese to be really successful. I added extra lemon juice. Delicious!
This is of my all time favorites!
When made Properly this is AWESOME, and tastes just like the Blue Cheese Dressing at Ruth's Chris Steak House or Morton's. Use Maytag, not something from Wisconsin. Maybe you can substitue Stilton.
Did not like this recipe it was kind of watery. I followed the recipe except for the blue cheese and I used Wisconsin Blue Cheese Crumbles. Very disappointed.
I''d rather have it in a store bought bottle....Horrible!
I made this with chicken strips for a few friends was really good the only thing that I added for a little extra flavor was about a teaspoon of cayanne pepper! Was really good!
Excellent and easy dressing recipe. The taste is wonderful even though we had to use Danish Blue cheese instead of Maytag.
Super fast, super easy, and very very good. Only reason I didn't go with a 5-star rating is b/c it isn't particularly special...but as a base that you could do something 'special' of your own to it it's ideal.
I used Gorgonzola cheese in this recipe and it was delicious. I also used more lemon juice in my dressing and a shake or two more of Worcestershire sauce as well as 0% Greek yogurt because I didn't have any sour cream at the time. This dressing is very similar to another dressing I have had at a restaurant in a salad that I loved. Sooo good!
I serve this to company and everyone raves over it. It is better to make it up 8 hour to a day ahead of time to let the flavors meld.
Made this for the Olympic Gold hockey game to go along with a mound of buffalo wings for everyone...not only was the dip a huge success - WE WON GOLD! Go Canada - and thank you Paula!!!
I served this with chiken bites fried in EVOO, home made hot sauce and celery sticks!!!! It went over GREAT! Although, i might add, that I made my own mayo and i think that took it over the edge. Nice job Food Network, keep up the great work!
Fantastic!! Almost as good as any Blue Cheese Dressing I've ever had in any resturant. Better than any other I've made. It's a keeper! Won't try any other receipies.
I cannot give 5 stars, because I altered it a bit. I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 yogurt, substituted whole milk for half 'n' half, & doubled lemon juice.

Turned out delicious, my husband said "that is the best damn blue cheese dressing I've ever eaten." Can't say much more than that!
I will never buy bottled blue cheese dressing again. This was the best I've ever had!
I made this dressing and let it sit overnight. This took care of the mayo taste. I'm sure a few hours would do the trick. It was creamy with an excellent blue cheese flavor. I had previously made one that called for vinegar and that is all you could taste. The lemon juice was just right.
This dressing does have a mayo taste to it but I just added a little more blue cheese and it was better. (I used about 4 1/2 oz instead of 3) It was great then! Better than a lot of the dressing recipes on here!
This is a wonderful, creamy, full-flavored blue cheese dressing that I've been making for a while now. I use a good Danish blue or Stilton blue cheese and it is fabulous. Don't skimp on the Worchestershire sauce or lemon. It really perks up the flavor.
I've tried many blue cheese dressing recipes in the past and this is by far my favorite. It's easy to make and tastes great! Since I can't find a bottled/jarred blue cheese dressing that I like, this has definitely become a staple in my 'fridge!
This is the best Bleu Cheese Dressing I have ever had. It is so hard to find a good one. I will never buy bottled dressing again.Wonderful!!
