When made Properly this is AWESOME, and tastes just like the Blue Cheese Dressing at Ruth's Chris Steak House or Morton's. Use Maytag, not something from Wisconsin. Maybe you can substitue Stilton.

Did not like this recipe it was kind of watery. I followed the recipe except for the blue cheese and I used Wisconsin Blue Cheese Crumbles. Very disappointed.

I made this with chicken strips for a few friends was really good the only thing that I added for a little extra flavor was about a teaspoon of cayanne pepper! Was really good!

Excellent and easy dressing recipe. The taste is wonderful even though we had to use Danish Blue cheese instead of Maytag.

Super fast, super easy, and very very good. Only reason I didn't go with a 5-star rating is b/c it isn't particularly special...but as a base that you could do something 'special' of your own to it it's ideal.

I used Gorgonzola cheese in this recipe and it was delicious. I also used more lemon juice in my dressing and a shake or two more of Worcestershire sauce as well as 0% Greek yogurt because I didn't have any sour cream at the time. This dressing is very similar to another dressing I have had at a restaurant in a salad that I loved. Sooo good!

I serve this to company and everyone raves over it. It is better to make it up 8 hour to a day ahead of time to let the flavors meld.
