So easy, fool-proof, melts in your mouth delicious. Definitely a keeper! Didn't make it into a sandwich, just served the steak with the onions and blue cheese on top. Awesome!

Made these for the Bears-Panthers playoff game. This was the only thing good about the day for this Bears fan. I made homemade hoagies with the help of a bread machine, so everything was from scratch and was it good. With the blue cheese sauce, the onions and tomatoes all dripping goo, this was a pretty messy sandwhich. But in a good way!

It's the middle of winter and I don't have a grill plate, so I broiled the flank steak and served it rarer than what Tyler recommends. Excellent!

Even marinading the steak for a 1/2 hour while making the roasted tomatoes (easy, just slice in half and peel after they're cooked and the dressing, it came out with tons of wonderful flavor. Lemon zest in the dressing with the blue cheese is an awesome pairing - I added some of the juice too to thin it down a bit.
