I found this both easy and crowd-pleasing. I did only cook it for 50 minutes instead of an hour and it was completely done, so I'd watch it after 45 minutes or so. Absolutely great.

Loved the flavors of the nectarines with the blueberry. I too had to adjust the cooking time was done in about 45 minutes, so be careful to watch as a previous reviewer stated too. Not sure really needed the tapioca to thicken but used it anyway. Not there will be any leftovers but you can reheat in a slow oven 300 wrapped in tin foil. Definite keeper.

Definitely a crowd pleaser! I used mangoes instead of blueberries and it was delicious. I substituted flour for the tapioca, which had little affect on its tastiness. The recipe calls for a bake time of 1 hour, but I baked mine for 50 minutes and the top was already golden brown. You should check the cobbler to make sure it doesn't burn.

My dinner guests enjoyed the homemade taste of this cobbler. I used pealed peaches instead and had great compliments

I made this cobbler over the weekend for my family, and not only was it super-easy, it was incredibly delicious! A great way to take advantage of these fruits when they are in season. Can't wait to make it again!

I love this it was easy and every one I sent it to also gave it a 10 on count but it was so easy that I even made it with peaches and not the nectarines but wonderful both ways.
