    These muffins looked perfect, but tasted like raw flour. I could not eat these, they went into the trash.

    The combination of the blueberries AND lemon zest is a great compliment to each other! try adding a little extra lemon zest for an even greater taste!

    I REALY LIKED THE EASY WAY TO MAKE THE MUFFINS. I ALLWAYS THOUGHT THEY WHERE HARD TO DO.
