Brining is definitely the way to go here, it makes the pork so juicy and flavorful. I've left my chops in the brine as long as 20 minutes and they came out just fine. The grilled veggies are fantastic, and we have found the sauce to be great over grilled and smashed new potatoes as well.
My mother-in-law requests this recipe over and over, and she doesn't usually like onions or tomatoes... an easy recipe to please the mother-in-law is a keeper in my book!

This is by far, the best pork chop recipe I have come across yet!!! The glaze on the pork chops, onions, and tomatoes was absolutely phenomenal!!! I could almost use that glaze on anything. Due to that last statement, I felt like the recipe did not make as much glaze as my dinner guest wanted....so I made more! =v Great job Food Network!!!

If I could just rate the glaze this would be 6-stars, but as far as the rest of the recipe (i.e. the glaze on the chops it just didn't cut it for our family. I also think the brine made my pork chops too salty, in a bad way. The glaze, though, before we put it on the chops was delicious. I'd use it again on pork chops; just use as a sauce instead.

I made this with boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of the pork because I already had them on hand. I skipped the veggie sides, but made the sauce and meat portion of the recipe as stated. We loved it!!! The chicken had way more flavor than I was expecting, and it didn't taste at all vinegar-y or sweet. The salt from the brine gives it plenty of seasoning so none is needed when served. Definitely adding this one to my collection of bbq recipes.

Too sweet for my tastes. It was easy, but i still wouldn't make it again because I just wasn't that into it.

Followed the recipe and sides to the tee and loved it !! Sauce was just right. Added Boiled Corn on the Cob, simple dressed with butter and pepper for a starch. Super dinner

We loved these!!! Very very tasty! The sauce/glaze was a tad sweet for our liking so we added lots of red pepper flakes and it made it fabulous!!! Will definitely be making again
