Bourbon-Pepper Bellinis

Directions

Puree 1 1/2 cups thawed frozen peaches with 1/2 cup bourbon and 3 tablespoons sugar in a blender until smooth. Divide among 6 flutes; top with sparkling wine and sprinkle with black pepper.
