This was sooo not economical. My brisket was $8.95lb. It was not what I expected. I followed it as directed. I would not make this again.

First, my brisket was $6.79 a pound. Not economical. I thought it was okay, but my husband thought it was gamey. I'm sure it was the vermouth flavor. We wouldn't make it again. I'm giving it an average because it was just okay to me.
