    I made this soup with small red potatoes instead of one and it turned out delicious. My son, who is a picky eater had a big bowl. It was easy to make and it tasted wonderfully. A good way to get your daily share of vegetables.

    I have been cooking for several years,I am always looking for new healthy receipes for my family.
    I tried this broccoli soup receipe today,I very very pleased with the flavor.
    I did add a little more chicken broth & light cream also a lttle more bacon & motzarella cheese this gave it more flavor!!! EXCELLENT SOUP.

    Very easy to make. However, I used fresh broccoli and did not steam I just put in soup and simmered a little longer. Soup was excellent the first day and even better the second day. Creamy soup and not too cheesey.

    I really like this recipe. My daughter and I really like broccoli soup and have tried many recipes but this was the best. We will definatley make it again.
