Directions
Mix 1 tablespoon brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Halve 4 bananas lengthwise; brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Wrap in foil and broil until golden, about 3 minutes. Top with frozen yogurt, toasted almonds and chopped chocolate and/or raspberries.

This was such an easy dessert and the best thing about it is you can add whatever you have around if you don't have a certain ingredient. I ended up adding a dash of nutmeg and honey and used crushed candied pecans with strawberries. One of the best things I've ever whipped up!

Yummy, easy dessert! We ate as a late night snack and it did not seem sinful. Next time I will cut butter and sprinkle it over banana to evenly distribute.
