I opened up the Network page and up popped this recipe, It was yummy. Very moist ,the only thing I change was the time. I baked the chicken first and then followed it with boiling it.
We all enjoyed it, Definitely worth trying it you will love it...........................

The only thing I changed is I went with four chicken breasts. I used pleanty of lemon zest and went with three large garlic cloves. I cooked it, using the broiler and added a good 15 mins. extra time overall. It turned out great. Give yourself a good hour or so to get this right. I didn't try it until my wife gave me her input. It was a hit! p.s. serve it with a nice Pinto Griggio as well. Enjoy.

The only thing I had to change was to bake this in a very hot oven (about 400 as my broiler will not adjust that low. I baked it for about 50 minutes and it turned out great.

The chicken was juicy and delicious. I did need to broil it twice as long as the recipe called for, perhaps because I live at a higher elevation. I recommend this for anyone who loves garlic and lemon. This recipe is a keeper for me.
