I never ever wanted to try this vegetable. Just the name grossed me out lol but I said what the heck lets try it. WoW is what I have to say even my 5 year old daughter eats it. Also looks good on the table looks like I am a chef lol yes excellent dish try it. I just put a little bit of onions in mine to give a different taste but excellent.

Who knew Brussel Sprouts could be so tasty? Make sure the sprouts are as dry as possible before adding them to the bacon. Some of mine were a bit water logged and didn't absorb the flavors as well. PS I used frozen sprouts and they were fantastic!

These are super yummy! I used a little less vinegar though.

Searching for "The Recipe That Will Make Me Like Brussel Sprouts" and now have found it! What's not to like? Bacon? Bacon fat? All good! Not at all stinky and mushy! Crisp, bacony and delicious!

This recipe was pretty good. I did discard a lot of the bacon grease to make the dish not so greasy. I thought it actually needed a little more apple cider vinegar. Will probably make again.

Even if you like them cooked other ways, this method is the best by far. My husband still did not like them but my kids eat it up. Thanks...

I'm a vegetarian, so I used Faux Bacon and I didn't have Apple Cider Vinegar so I used Red Wine and it was still soo good.. THe Brussel sprouts were PERFECTLY cooked - not water logged like I'm been finding - Great flavor combo and really really simple!!

Bravo Food Network Kitchens - Bravo!!

Although a perfect side dish for any meal, I find myself making a meal out of this recipe! I have also added baby carrots to this.
