Oh the mini cabbage ball or so I used to call them when I was a child. :- I had never tired brussels sprouts until these and I wouldn't eat them any other way! This is an easy receipe with little ingredients. The star is the brussels sprouts themselves. I cook them, when in season, once a week.

Thanks for the great brussel sprouts recipe. The whole family loved 'em and wanted more. Brussel sprouts are no longer the childhood taboo.

Super easy, and a very tasty one too. My kids will eat anything with bacon - this went over very well at dinner.

I made this recipe for our Christmas dinner and they were delicious. My children and most of grandchildren love brussel sprouts anyway...but these were a great success...thanks very much

I like the recipe and it's pretty simple. I think it may need a bit more vinegar and maybe a bit of basil to punch it up.

C'mon, this rocked. If you want people to eat something, just fry it in bacon fat and sprinkle little bacon strips over it, and they'll eat anything. I'll admit, I only used about a pound of brussel sprouts (instead of three and the same amount of bacon called for and I didn't have cider vinegar on hand so I used basalmic and it was so gosh darn good. Even my husband liked it and he doesn't like anything green. I'll admit that I still couldn't get my three year old to eat them, but she did eat the bacon!
